Interested companies must respond by 1600 CST on 22 October 2025, submitting a 2-page response with company details, including name, CAGE code, UEI, POC information, and contractor type (e.g., non-traditional defense contractor). The government may use System Engineering and Technical Assistance Contractors (SETAC) and Federally Funded Research Development Centers (FFRDC) to review responses. The solicitation will potentially utilize either Other Transaction Authority (OTA) under 10 U.S.C. §4022 or a FAR-based contract using the Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) pathway, with NAICS codes including 334511 (Search and Detection Equipment), 541330 (Engineering Services), and 541715 (R&D in Physical Sciences).
