About this file

UMD-RFQ-00052469 – DUO Advantage Licenses

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the University of Maryland for a three-year contract to procure Duo Advantage licenses. The University of Maryland seeks to establish pricing and terms for the annual installation and maintenance of these security licensing services. The contract structure requires annual installment payments over the three-year period, with the specific quantities of licenses and detailed specifications outlined in the supporting documentation. Respondents to this RFQ should prepare detailed proposals addressing the University's technical requirements, implementation timeline, and annual pricing structure to enable informed evaluation and selection of the most qualified vendor.

The RFQ establishes a competitive procurement process through which the University of Maryland will evaluate vendor responses based on pricing, service capabilities, and compliance with institutional requirements. Key evaluation criteria include the vendor's ability to deliver Duo Advantage licenses at competitive rates while maintaining service quality throughout the contract term. Interested vendors should note all pricing must be structured to accommodate three separate annual payments, and proposals should clearly delineate costs associated with initial deployment, ongoing support, and any applicable renewal or enhancement options available beyond the primary contract term.
