About this file

This is an equipment specifications and installation document for the Maine Warden Service, a state agency in Maine. The project involves upgrading the electronics package on a 2003 Boston Whaler 26' vessel named Justice, located on Moosehead Lake at the Maine Warden Service Headquarters in Greenville, Maine. The installation package includes a Raymarine C90W Radar System Pack with integrated GPS and dome, a FLIR Model M-324 NTSC thermal camera with pan-and-tilt joystick control, a Navionics HotMaps Premium Region East chart chip, a Raystar 125 Plus GPS sensor, a DSM30 digital sounder module, a plastic mount transducer, mounting hardware including a five-inch mount for the FLIR camera and Seaview adapter plate, installation cables, and miscellaneous installation materials. The successful bidder must perform all installation work on-site in Greenville, Maine, with all labor costs included in the bid price. The installer will be responsible for removing existing electronics and filling any resulting voids with appropriate materials. The primary project contact is Sergeant Chris Cloutier at the Maine Warden Service, reachable at (207) 695-3756 extension 1.

The document does not specify pricing terms, bid submission deadlines, project completion dates, set-asides, incumbent contractors, funding sources, or contract award information. All labor and materials for the electronics upgrade and installation are to be included in the total bid price. This is an upgrade project rather than a new installation, requiring the removal and replacement of existing vessel electronics systems.
