About this file

This is an Addendum No. 1 to Request for Quotation (RFQ) #UD-26-309 issued by Long Beach Utilities, a state and local agency in Long Beach, California. The addendum addresses a clarification regarding the procurement of three (3) air compressors. The original RFQ solicited quotations for air compressor specifications to be furnished and delivered. No specific response deadline, bid due date, site visit requirements, or bidder's conference information is provided in this addendum document. Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum by signing and returning it with their bid submission.

The addendum clarifies that the air compressors are utility units only to be mounted onto Long Beach Utilities' preexisting vehicles, not tow-behind trailered units. This clarification responds to a manufacturer's question submitted during the bidding process. The addendum was prepared by Esme Houtepen and dated February 25, 2026. No pricing information, set-asides, funding sources, or other financial terms are detailed in this document. Bidders must acknowledge receipt by completing the acknowledgment section with their firm name, signature, and date before submitting their bids.
