U-SHAPED COLLABORATION TABLES

Dated: 13 Sep 2023 Requesting 64 collaborative tables that must have:

· A U-shape table with a laminate or wood surface

· Length dimensions between 70 - 74”

· Width dimensions between 46 - 50”

· Tapered Centered Base to support table

· Knife edge along the side of the table

· The capacity to comfortably fit at least 5 adult students

· Two built-in power/data grommets (2-sided w/2 power, 1 dual USB-A, 1 HDMI & 1 blank for each side…totaling 4 power, 2 dual USB-A, 2 HDMI)

· Built-in cable maintenance functions within the table, table base, and/or free-standing wall design

· Each table must have a freestanding-wall also made of laminate or wood, which connects to the table at desk height and has the ability to support at least a 55” display

· Wall must include desk facing mount for 55” display

· Delivery to include installation and removal of all debris

· To be delivered/installed at: Allee Hall (BLDG 4331), Keesler AFB, MS 39534

· Quantity of 4 to each of the following rooms: 121, 122, 123, 124, 125, 126, 127, 133, 135, 137, 139, 140, 142, 144, 146, & 158
