About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the procurement of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) electrical connectors to support small uncrewed aircraft systems (sUAS) and other electronic equipment for the U.S. Army. The Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD) requires delivery of 10,000 total connector units comprising three specific types: 500 XT90 female connectors with pigtail, 4,500 XT60 female connectors with pigtail, and 5,000 JST-XH 6S pack side tap connectors. All connectors must be new, unused, and sourced from reputable manufacturers in compliance with U.S. national security regulations regarding electronic component sourcing. Pre-wired connectors must include high-quality, appropriately gauged insulated copper wire of standard length suitable for integration into electronic systems.
The contractor shall deliver all items in a single shipment to a location and by a delivery date to be specified by the Contracting Officer at contract award. The Government will perform inspection and functional testing on random samples to verify conformance to specifications. The contractor must provide a Certificate of Conformance certifying all items meet specified requirements and accompanying the shipment. The Government reserves the right to reject non-conforming items, with the contractor responsible for replacement at no additional cost. No government-furnished property or equipment will be provided. This SOW is associated with a Request for Information (RFI) issued by TYAD for market research and planning purposes to identify American-based companies capable of manufacturing and supplying commercial-grade connectors for sUAS applications.
