TECHNOLOGY SERVICES ORGANIZATION
VIRTUAL INDUSTRY DAY
The Marine Corps’ Technology Services Organization (TSO) is hosting a Virtual Industry Day for the follow-on contract for information technology and business process support services. The objective is to discuss the Marine Corps’ plans for the follow-on contract with specific emphasis on the following topics:
• Elements of TSO’s Acquisition Plan
• The implementation timeline of the follow-on procurement
Itinerary:

23-25 August 2021 Virtual Break-Out Sessions *NOTE: All dates are approximate and subject to change.
RSVP:
• Interested parties are required to RSVP for the Virtual Industry Day by close of business on 09 August 2021 in order to be considered an Attendee.
• The Virtual Industry Day Presentation and Draft Documentation shall be made available to Attendees only.
• RSVP’s should be sent via email to Mr. Brandon Payne at brandon.m.payne@usmc.mil and Mr. F. Paul Lirio at francis.lirio@usmc.mil.
• The RSVP shall include the following information:
Subject Line TSO Virtual Industry Day RSVP
Body Please provide Points of Contact names, company name, e-mail address(es), and telephone number(s).
Break-Out Sessions Please indicate whether a Break-Out session is requested. Sessions are limited and on a first come, first served basis at the discretion of the Government.
Interested Party List Please indicate if your company prefers to be included in the Interested Party List, which will be distributed to Attendees only.
Questions – All questions pertaining to the information provided shall be submitted via email in accordance with the itinerary above. Questions received after the due date may be considered at the Government’s discretion.
Break-Out Sessions – These sessions will be held over the phone via conference call. Dial-in information will be provided by the Government. The intent of these sessions is to provide Attendees a private, non-public forum to present the Government with comments, concerns, and recommendations for TSO; thus, the Break-Out sessions are designed to consist of mostly one-way communication (i.e., from the firm to the Government). The Government does not intend to share contract strategy information outside of what will be provided by the Government in the Presentations and Draft Documents. Note that the MCICOM Brief.ppt does direct companies to specific areas in which the Government is requesting feedback.
Feedback on these topics can be submitted via email to the points of contact above or during the Break-Out session.
Companies requesting a Break-Out session must indicate such in their RSVP email. These sessions will be no longer than 30 minutes in length. The Government will inform Attendees of their scheduled session no later than 19 August 2021.

• Recording of Break-Out Sessions is not permitted.
• Other than the planned briefing materials referenced above, the Government does not intend to provide additional information for review and comment prior to the Virtual Industry Day.
• This announcement is not a contract, request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government.
• The Government will not reimburse costs for any effort expended or any material provided in response to this announcement.
• The Government does not assume liability for costs incurred by an attendee for participating or marketing efforts;
therefore, attendee costs in response to this notice are not considered an allowable direct charge to the Government.
