About this file
This Technical Requirement Document details the government's request for 108 Kwall traffic concrete barriers to be delivered to Eglin AFB Duke Field. The specification mandates stringent requirements for the concrete barriers, including: construction from concrete, meeting Florida Department of Transportation certification FDOT index number 102-110, reinforcement with rebar, specific dimensional specifications (12 foot, six inches long), inclusion of 8-inch connector loops, one connector pin per barrier, and 6 tie-down points (3 on each side). Additional hard requirements include applying the product in a single application without other soil erosion control methods, with precise rebar placement as specified in an attached drawing. The vendor must schedule delivery during 0645 to 1630 hours, providing at least one business day's notice to the government point of contact, who will specify the exact delivery and offloading location after contract award.
