SOW Youth Center Concessionaire

STATEMENT OF WORK

SECTION A

SOCCER CONCESSION STAND

60 FSS YOUTH CENTER

TRAVIS AFB, CA

The Government, Headquarters Air Force Services Agency (HQ AFSVA) hereby referred to as the Non-appropriated Fund Instrumentality (NAFI), is soliciting a proposal for a concession stand operator located at the soccer fields at Travis Air Force Base, CA. At the discretion of the NAFI Manager and NAF Contracting Officer the contractor shall provide all services required as described in this document.

Travis Air Force Base is located in Solano County in northern California near to Fairfield; Southwest of Sacramento.

SCOPE

1. Contractor is responsible to complete contracted services from the period 20 Sept 2014 through 01 Nov 2014. Responsibilities include:

a.Furnish all food items to be sold at the concessionaire stand.
b.Ensure all equipment utilized is clean and maintained according to Travis AFB Public Health standards.
c.Maintain hours of operation that will support the current 2014 Travis Youth Soccer game schedule.
d.Pay a flat fee to the NAFI a sum of ___________________. Payment of fee due to NAFI by 10 October 2014.

2. Contractor will coordinate with 60 FSS Youth Center Director for the use of existing concessionaire stand and equipment.

3. Contractor will submit listing of items, with corresponding selling prices, to the contracting officer for approval or disapproval action. The final approved listing is considered part of this agreement. Place the price list in a conspicuous spot for patrons to see.

4. Contractor will provide proof of Travis AFB Public Health food handler training completion/certificate.

5. Contractor will keep the concession area clean, orderly, attractive, secure and in safe and sanitary condition to the satisfaction of the NAFI managers.

6. Contractor will furnish a sufficient number of trained employees for the efficient performance of this Concession contract.

7. Contractor will not sell, deal, or otherwise possess or transfer, on the concession premises, any form of intoxicating liquors or narcotics.

8. Contract will provide proof of liability insurance to NAF Contracting Officer after award.
