Tracy Defense Distribution Depot Installation Access

Access to Installation: Access to base requires that employees voluntarily submit personal data (such as name and driver license number) when applying for a base Identification Card or temporary access pass.

Use DBIDS system for entering personally identifiable information (PII). This information is routinely used by base Law Enforcement and Security personnel to conduct driver's license and criminal history/background checks. Adverse information revealed by such checks (such as outstanding criminal warrants, criminal history indicating a potential risk to base Installation security, or similar negative information indicating a potential security or law enforcement risk to base) may result in a denial of access or reentry to the Installation. Delays caused by adverse employee information do not constitute a basis for claim. Assure personnel scheduled to work on the installation have acceptable backgrounds.

(1) Full Legal Name (with suffix if applicable)

(2) Driver's License Number and State of Issue, or State Issued ID

(3) "A" Number on the Resident Alien Card. Ensure personnel carry card and work permit.

(4) Contractors are required to submit employee’s information on the secure Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) Pre-Enrollment Portal (DBIDS (dmdc.mil)) to initiate pre-vetting. Complete and submit the “Contractor Pre-Enrollment Worksheet” to your USACE or DDJC government sponsor at least 3 business days in advance. The DBIDS six digit alpha-numeric confirmation code is required to process this form. Indicate citizenship, arrival/departure dates, and if a camera pass is needed. Excessive employee rosters shall be submitted to at least 5 business days in advance.

(5) Badges are generated at the Security Operations Pass & ID Office located in Building 128 adjacent to the installation main gate at the corner of Valpico and Chrisman road. If personnel are added or changed, a revised list is to be submitted 3 working days prior to new employees' arrival for work.
