About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details support services for the AN/ALR-56C Test Program Set (TPS) used with the AN/ALM-246 Tactical Electronic Warfare System (TEWS) Intermediate Support Station (TISS) for F-15C/D/E aircraft. The primary objective is to maintain and improve TPS software by investigating and resolving Deficiency Reports (DRs), with the goal of reducing shop flow time and increasing serviceable assets availability for warfighters. The contract will be performed at the Contractor's facility in St. Louis, MO, with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.
Key requirements include organizing a program kick-off meeting, analyzing deficiency reports, incorporating DR resolutions, performing TPS selloff testing, and delivering updated software and documentation to AFLCMC/HBY. The contractor must provide monthly status reports, develop test plans, obtain new Computer Program Identification Numbers (CPINs) for updated software, and submit a Data Accession List (DAL) of all developed data and software, which will become government property. The effort is associated with contract F33657-01-D0026-RJ84 and involves coordination with 408 SCMS/GUEA and AFLCMC/HBY.

1. Scope
1.1. Scope: This document defines the tasks associated with the maintenance of Test Program Sets (TPS) running on the AN/ALM-246 Tactical Electronic Warfare System (TEWS) Intermediate Support Station (TISS) which support diagnosis and repair of the AN/ALR-56C Radar Warning Receiver (RWR). Deficiency Reports (DRs) written against the TPS’ will be investigated, solutions found will be tested and verified and the corrected software will be fielded to improve testing and testing verticality of the AN/ALR-56C system.
1.2. Background: The AN/ALM-246 Tactical Electronic Warfare System (TEWS) Intermediate Support Station (TISS) is used to maintain the AN/ALR-56C Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) for the F-15C/D/E aircraft. Over the past several years, numerous Deficiency Reports (DRs) have been issued for the AN/ALR-56C system which were eventually determined to be Test Program Set (TPS) issues. Verticality testing issues have been identified as a significant cause.
With the current operations tempo, every effort must be made to reduce shop flow time by correcting DRs that restrict serviceable assets from being available to the war fighter.
1.3. Affected Software: AN/ALR-56C TPS software and TISS station software will be maintained to correct DRs.
1.4. Period of Performance: The period of performance for the contract/order shall be one (1) year basic with four (4) one (1) year options.
1.5. Place of Performance: These services shall be performed at the Contractor’s facility in St.
Louis, MO.
1.6. Government Property to be Provided: Government property to be provided includes items provided under contract F33657-01-D0026-RJ84 which is already at the Contractor’s facility to support this effort. Government Property will be used with the new contract on a non-interference basis.
