About this file
This is a feedback document template for the TRICARE Pharmacy Program (TPharm6) contract acquisition planning phase. The template is designed to collect industry comments, questions, and discussions related to draft Section C (Statement of Work) and Section H (Special Contract Requirements) documents from the Defense Health Agency (DHA). Respondents are instructed to reference the applicable Section C or H reference number when submitting feedback, or designate comments as "general" if they apply broadly to the draft documents.
The DHA requires all comments and questions specific to Section C and Section H to be submitted by May 11, 2026 at 12:00 PM Mountain Time to dha.buckley.AD-SPT-CAE.mbx.tpharm6@health.mil, with the company name and "Draft Documents Response" included in the email subject line. Additionally, vendors can request one-on-one meetings with the DHA to discuss the draft documents, with meeting requests also due by May 11, 2026 at 12:00 PM Mountain Time through a provided OSI form link. The DHA plans to facilitate these meetings during summer 2026 to gather additional feedback and address industry questions regarding the next-generation TRICARE Pharmacy Program contract.
