Town of Lancaster Request for Quotes for New Laptop 9-10-26~1.pdf

This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) issued by the Town of Lancaster, Massachusetts for the procurement of three technology items: a Dell Pro 16 PC16250 laptop with Intel Core 5 120U processor, 16GB DDR5 memory, and 512GB SSD storage with a 5-year warranty; a Dell P2426H 24-inch Full HD monitor with USB-C charging hub capability, HDMI and DisplayPort connectivity, and bundled with Deco Essentials Extended Protection Kit and accessories; and a Dell WD25 USB-C docking station with up to 100W power delivery capability. The RFQ requires vendors to provide individual price quotes for each item and indicate whether delivery can be completed by September 15, 2026, with alternative delivery dates requested if the target date cannot be met.

The RFQ format requests that vendors submit separate pricing for each of the three components, allowing the Town to evaluate costs on an item-by-item basis. Vendors must complete the submission form with their company name, contact name, email address, and phone number. The document does not specify minimum quantities, funding sources, set-asides, or incumbent contractor information. No award date, contract term, or renewal options are identified in the RFQ as presented.
