The specification for MxP® Quant 500 kit (96) – SCIEX

The USDA, ARS, WHRNC has a requirement for metabolomics analyses in plasma samples. The MxP® Quant 500 kit is the most comprehensive kit for targeted metabolomics from Biocrates Life Science AG.

The same kit is being currently used for human milk analyses. To compare the results obtained for these milk samples with the respective mother’s plasma samples, the same kit for analysis is required.

The kit required must be the same as currently used for the analysis of human milk collected from the same women for which this requirement is requested.

The kit must cover the same 630 metabolites from 26 biochemical classes as the kit currently used for the human milk.

The kit must require no more than 10µL sample volume.

The kit must provide a fully integrated workflow.

The kit must be designed for biofluids, such as plasma.

The kit must allow for profound functional understanding about host-microbiota interaction to accommodate the integration of additional results within the same cohort.

The kit must be compatible to be analyzed with the SCIEX ExionLC-AD – 6500+ QTRAP-MS system

The kit set must contain the following parts:

• MxP® Quant 500 kit (96) – SCIEX (quantity of 22)

• MxP® Quant 500 kit column system (quantity of 2)
