About this file

This document is an Addendum 3 to the Invitation for Bids (IFB) for PCI Television Kits & Remotes, issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections/Pennsylvania Correctional Industries. The addendum addresses several questions related to the technical specifications of the televisions, including the acceptance of HDMI ports in lieu of VGA, and the disabling of certain ports on the TVs due to inmate usage limitations. The addendum clarifies that the TVs do not need to be VGA capable, and that the USB port is only for software updates. The solicitation due date remains 01-12-2023 10:00AM EST.

The original IFB seeks a vendor to provide Television Kits and Remotes for all State Correctional Institutes (SCI) in Pennsylvania. This is an electronic bid only, and registered vendors can access the bid through the Pennsylvania Supplier Portal. Bidders are responsible for monitoring the DGS eMarketplace website for any changes to the IFB.
