About this file

This is a Sole Source Public Notice issued by the State of Oregon for Technimount products and services. The notice announces Oregon's intent to procure Technimount equipment as a sole source acquisition, indicating that only one vendor can meet the state's specific requirements. The document outlines the state's justification for bypassing competitive bidding procedures and proceeding directly with a single source vendor. The notice provides details regarding the procurement rationale, technical specifications, and the products or services to be obtained through this non-competitive procurement method.

The sole source determination is based on the unique capabilities and specifications of Technimount products that cannot be adequately replaced or substituted by alternative vendors or manufacturers. This procurement approach requires public notification to allow for potential protests or challenges to the sole source justification within a specified timeframe. The notice serves as the formal announcement required by Oregon procurement regulations to ensure transparency and allow interested parties an opportunity to review and contest the decision to award a contract without competitive bidding, thereby maintaining accountability in the state's procurement process.
