About this file

This document contains detailed specifications for gravity roller conveyor systems at two different facilities: DRC BLDG 0-1101 and HDRS BLDG W-3593. Both locations require gravity conveyors capable of sustaining 42,000 lbs in a static state, with specific dimensional requirements. The DRC facility has two lanes approximately 246 feet long, each with four roller sections, featuring a 17 3/4" wide and 5 1/2" deep recessed area. The HDRS facility has six standard lanes and one Container Delivery System lane, each approximately 270 feet long, with reinforced guide rails three inches taller than the roller surface. Both systems require removable locks or stoppers to prevent movement onto scales, and are designed to receive flatbed trucks with gravity rollers and leveling capabilities. The third page provides detailed roller and guide rail measurements, including outside and inside roller dimensions and spacing.

Text version

DRC BLDG 0-1101

These rollers are set into the floor, with a drive-in entrance and calibrated scales at the outload end, designed like that of a loading dock to receive a flatbed configured with gravity rollers and leveling capabilities.

The recessed measurement are:

17 3/4" wide

5 1/2" depth

Two lanes at ~246ft long with each lane having four roller sections per lane.

CURRENT MAX CAPACITY OF PLATFORM IS

42,000lbs @ 32’ x 9’

-we are looking for a gravity conveyor that can sustain this amount of weight in a static / constant state.

- removable locks and/or stoppers to prevent movement on to scales.

HDRS BLDG W-3593

These rollers are bolted to the floor with guide rails traveling the length of the lane. At the drive-in entrance there are five over head cranes. At the outload end there are calibrated scales, designed like that of a loading dock to receive a flatbed configured with gravity rollers and leveling capabilities.

Six lanes at ~270ft long with each lane having four roller sections per lane. Additionally one Container Delivery System lane with only two sections ~270ft long with no guide rails.

CURRENT MAX CAPACITY OF PLATFORM IS
