About this file
This document is a Submission for Meet or Exceed technical exhibit detailing comprehensive specifications for a complex infrastructure setup, likely for portable wash and dryer trailers. The specifications cover multiple critical infrastructure components including electrical materials (4 NEMA-rated electrical panels, Unistrut mounting hardware, PVC conduit), water supply systems (poly tanks ranging from 1,000 to 2,500 gallons, water lines and fittings), sewage evacuation connections, drainage materials, and site preparation materials.
Additional required elements include PVC adhesives and primers, equipment rentals (specifically a Kubota KX057 excavator with rock hammer and Kubota SVL-65 skid steer loader), propane tank installation (500-gallon aboveground tank), and propane fuel delivery services. The fuel delivery specification includes two fill-ups per month, with each fill-up not exceeding $1,300 and a total annual propane fuel cost cap of $31,200. The document is structured as a detailed technical submission template requiring vendor completion, with strict evaluation criteria that mandate complete responses to avoid "Not Acceptable" ratings.
