About this file
This document is a Technical Exhibit #1 Specifications for Evaluation and Submission Sheet for a construction project at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) Glynco Campus in Georgia. The detailed specification lists extensive materials and requirements for a construction project, including structural, roofing, siding, electrical, plumbing, and bathroom fixtures. Key materials include lumber (spruce, pressure-treated), concrete (3000 PSI pump mix with fiber), rebar, metal siding, roofing components, electrical wiring and conduits, septic system materials, and six complete bathroom installations with ADA-compliant fixtures. The document emphasizes strict delivery requirements, with the government reserving the right to reject materials that do not meet specifications, and requiring replacement within 4 hours of delivery.
