About this file
This document appears to be a PowerPoint presentation that outlines the fuel ordering process for the Department of Defense (DoD) at Fort Carson, Colorado. It details the steps required to establish access to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) ordering system, complete the necessary forms (DLA 2053 and DLA 2052), identify the appropriate fuel types (GUR, DS2, and FS2), and place orders through the Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) or Enterprise External Business Portal (EEBP). The presentation provides specific instructions for ordering fuel for Fort Carson Building 8200 and the Pinon Canyon Maneuver Site, including the required DODAAC, fund code, delivery details, and points of contact. It also includes guidance on verifying funding availability with the DPW Financial Management Analyst before placing any orders, as well as an emergency contact for the Base Supply if the standard process is unsuccessful.
The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation for a contractor to provide Base Operations Support Services at the U.S. Army Fort Carson, Colorado. The services include grounds maintenance, pavement clearance, facility maintenance (vertical and horizontal), heating and cooling services, and wastewater services. The solicitation is being issued by the Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Installation Readiness Center on behalf of the Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Fort Carson.
