About this file
This document is a Technical Exhibit detailing snow removal procedures and checklist for the Coast Guard Academy. The comprehensive checklist outlines specific snow removal requirements for multiple campus locations, including main roads, parking lots, loading docks, housing units, access gates, and critical areas like the Child Development Center. Contractors are required to log arrival times, number of drivers, and methodically clear and treat designated areas, with specific instructions such as clearing the Flagpole parking area before 7:30 AM and sunset, and ensuring trash hauler access is not blocked. The checklist serves as a detailed operational guide for snow removal contractors, providing a structured approach to documenting snow removal services across the academy's campus.
