About this file
This Expression of Interest (EOI) document is issued by Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC (BEA), the Management & Operating Contractor for the U.S. Department of Energy's Idaho National Laboratory (INL) located in Idaho. BEA is seeking qualified vendors to provide lighting controls upgrade services for the TAN-675 facility as part of a comprehensive energy efficiency improvement initiative. The project aims to enhance operational reliability, improve energy efficiency performance, and ensure compliance with current building standards. The EOI process invites vendors to submit statements of interest demonstrating their qualifications and capability to deliver lighting controls upgrade services, with specific attention to technical expertise, past performance on similar projects, and capacity to meet project requirements and timelines.
The document establishes a competitive selection process wherein qualified vendors are invited to demonstrate their capability to execute the lighting controls upgrade work at TAN-675. Responses to the EOI will be evaluated based on vendor qualifications, technical approach, and ability to support the Department of Energy's operational objectives at INL. This sourcing effort reflects BEA's commitment to modernizing facility infrastructure and achieving energy conservation goals through competitive procurement of specialized lighting controls services. Specific pricing, contract duration, renewal terms, and detailed project specifications would be further defined through subsequent procurement phases following the EOI process.
