Statement of Work:
We are purchasing this FS‐85 powder to investigate alternative materials that have to potential to replace C103 and are cheaper than C103. We are purchasing spherical powder to print in our EOS
M100. This powder will be delivered to MSFC building 4602 and will be stored in room 1183. Estimated lead time after purchasing is 4‐6 weeks.
Requirements for FS‐85 powder are:
Morphology: Spherical.
Particle size distribution: 15‐65 m.
Composition: Nb‐28Ta‐10W‐1Zr alloy (See flyer for full composition).
Estimated lead time: 4‐6 weeks after award.
