About this file
This document outlines requirements for a scope of work to procure solar cell standards from an incumbent vendor to support integration and test activities for the European Service Module. The vendor must deliver eight secondary working solar cell standards meeting specification MPCVRIBRESPE 0041, including two each of fullstack, top junction, middle junction, and bottom junction standards. The vendor must also provide two copies of an acceptance data package including certification of conformance and environmental conditions for the calibration. The hardware and acceptance data package must be available for government inspection prior to packaging for shipment. Following acceptance, the vendor must ship the hardware and one copy of the acceptance data package to Leonardo Company in Nerviano, Italy within 38 weeks of order receipt.
The related federal contract opportunity is a special notice from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Shared Services Center to procure the European Service Module solar cell standards to support integration and test activities, as outlined in the scope of work.
