About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for an upcoming federal contract opportunity to provide OB/GYN medical supplies to the Indian Health Service (IHS) at the Gallup Indian Medical Center in New Mexico.
The SOW outlines the goal to ensure the timely shipment of various OB/GYN products, including single-use seal sets, Myosure tissue removal devices, and Fluent disposable packs. The period of performance is for one year, with orders placed on an as-needed basis. The contractor must adhere to delivery standards and provide complete, timely reports on 100% of ordered items. There are no government-furnished or contractor-furnished property requirements, and no unique security requirements. The place of performance is the vendor's facility, with a requirement to respond within the specified logistics response time.
The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation for an upcoming Request for Quotations (RFQ) to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement for these OB/GYN supplies. The NAICS code is 339113 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The RFQ is expected to be issued on or by September 23, 2024, with quotes due by September 30, 2024. Evaluation factors may include technical requirements, compatibility standards, delivery schedule, and price.
