About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for a portable restroom/latrine service contract for Buildings 451 and B164. The Q&A covers key operational details including unit specifications (two-stall configuration for men and women), power and water requirements (self-contained water, 110V power outlet needed), and service expectations. Specific clarifications include: no ADA accessibility requirements are currently needed, handwashing stations are included with latrines, consumables are covered by an existing contract, and emergency service response time is 3-4 hours. Pricing will be a single monthly rate per location, with no separate breakdown for delivery/pickup, and no service log or periodic report is required.
