About this file
This is a procurement request for spare parts to support Kennedy Space Center Propellants & Life Support Services (KPLSS) equipment used in Artemis systems. The procurement is necessary to maintain on-hand inventory of spare components to minimize equipment outages and ensure continued operational support to Exploration Ground Systems (EGS). The systems involved provide high-pressure helium, low- and high-pressure nitrogen, breathing air, and oxygen services.
The solicitation requests quotes for VACCO brand spare parts, specifically one pneumatic tee-type filter (Part Number 24267-630-11, NSN 79K80283-27) constructed of 316 stainless steel with a 25-micron rating, with a quantity of 1 unit required. All components must comply with cleaning specifications per KSC-C-123 standard (equivalent to ASTM G93), requiring full disassembly and reassembly cleaning prior to shipment, unless otherwise noted as flow-through. Specific cleaning requirements for this filter are identified as Element: 50A and Body: 100A. Quotes must include estimated Annual Recurring Orders (AROs), any additional manufacturer lead times, and a certificate of conformance with delivery. Responses should be submitted to Amentum Services, ATTN: Steven Shelley, BLDG M6 0490 RM 1217A, Kennedy Space Center, FL 32899.

Procurement of EGS Spare Parts, non-CCF
1.0 Background
Procurement of these components is necessary to ensure spare parts are available for Kennedy Space Center Propellants & Life Support Services (KPLSS) equipment to support Artemis systems, including commodity lines, rechargers, and panels. These systems provide high-pressure helium, low- and high-pressure nitrogen, breathing air, and oxygen. Spare parts are required to be purchased to have on-hand in the event of component failure, to minimize outages and provide continued support to Exploration Ground Systems (EGS). This purchase is for spare parts to support this effort. Each system has certain cleaning requirements, per KSC-C-123.
Cleaning specifications are noted for components using this standard, which is similar to industry standard ASTM G93.
2.0 Requirements
The following are the components needed to ensure EGS has the minimum number of spares needed for Artemis III. Quotes must have estimated AROs and any additional lead time from the manufacturer. Specified cleaning is requested to be completed by the vendor per ASTM G93 specifications through a full disassembly and reassembly process, unless otherwise noted to be flow-through, prior to shipment to Kennedy Space Center. A certificate of conformance shall be included with the delivery of the component.
