About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details NASA Marshall Space Flight Center's (MSFC) requirement to purchase a Sonotec SONOAIR Air-coupled Ultrasonic Pulser-Receiver 4C and associated equipment to ensure compatibility with existing nondestructive evaluation (NDE) systems. The procurement includes one main pulser-receiver unit with 4 channels, 4 pre-amplifiers, multiple cables with various connector types, and additional ultrasonic probes including a receiver probe, transmitter probe, and a pair of acoustically focused ultrasonic probes.

The performance will take place at MSFC's location in Huntsville, Alabama, with a 30-day delivery period after receipt of order (ARO). The specific equipment includes detailed technical specifications such as pulse wave capabilities (up to 400V/2kW or optional 800V/4kW), frequency ranges between 35-750kHz (optional up to 3MHz), and operating temperatures of 0°C to 40°C. The solicitation number is 80NSSC25907042Q, and the procurement is being conducted by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
