NASA Statement of Work, Revision Basic July 8, 2026

NASA OƯice of Safety and Mission Assurance

Statement of Work

Subscription for National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program

(NADCAP)

Introduction

The NASA OƯice of Safety and Mission Assurance (OSMA) Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Program is strengthening its ability to identify and respond to supply chain risks.

Daily access to information from the Performance Review Institute (PRI)—a non-profit organization that administers industry-managed critical process accreditation programs— and from NADCAP, the global cooperative program that standardizes quality assurance and accredits suppliers of special processes in the aerospace, defense, and space sectors, is essential. This information enables NASA to identify, assess, and track risks associated with suppliers who are required to obtain, or who voluntarily maintain, these accreditations to qualify for work involving special processes that support NASA missions.

Scope

The scope of this work includes providing access to all available data—such as audit findings, Board decisions, and accreditation status—for every supplier participating in NADCAP. It also encompasses delivering dashboards that present risk information for both current NASA suppliers and all participating global suppliers.

Requirements

The contractor shall provide full access to all NADCAP data, including all commodities and special-process standards, accredited suppliers, audit reports and findings, and accreditation status. The contractor shall also provide the NASA SCRM team with full access to risk dashboards and the associated weighting-customization capabilities.
