About this file

Statement of Work Summary

This Statement of Work outlines NASA's procurement of nTop software and its Automate Add-on module. The contractor is required to provide nTop named-user license files and nTop Automate license files to support NASA's design and development activities. The contract specifies that timely delivery is critical, as delays in providing these software licenses could extend project schedules beyond current fiscal year funding dates, potentially compromising designers' ability to produce expected products or resulting in project cancellation.

The place of performance is NASA/GSFC (Goddard Space Flight Center), with a one-year period of performance spanning 12 months. The SOW does not specify pricing terms, award dates, response dates, or other commercial terms that would typically appear in a complete solicitation package.
