TA26 Palau Sources Sought Notice Summary
This is a Sources Sought Notice and Local Vendor Market Research Form issued by the 921st Contracting Battalion at Wheeler Army Airfield, Hawaii, to identify local vendors in Palau capable of supporting Tenacious Archer 2026 (TA26), a military exercise projected to run from July 10 to August 10, 2026, supporting up to 250 personnel. The notice is for market research purposes only and does not constitute a formal solicitation, request for quotes or proposals, or commitment to award any contract. Responses will not be compensated and are intended solely to inform the Government's acquisition strategy and planning.
The Government seeks to identify local Palauan businesses capable of providing supplies, equipment, labor, transportation, vessels, and support services across multiple categories: Base Life Support (portable latrines, handwash stations, lighting, dumpsters, tents, tables, chairs, industrial fans); Material Handling Equipment and transportation (forklifts ranging from 10K to 30K capacity with operators, flatbed and cargo trucks, cargo movement between airports and seaports); hazardous material and fuel removal; barge rental and vessel support including flat deck barges capable of remaining moored in Koror; customs clearing and port husbandry support; wash rack and power washer services; transportation services (44-passenger coach buses and 15-passenger vans with operators); and supplies including HESCO barriers, sandbags, fencing materials, and lumber. Performance of work will occur throughout the Republic of Palau, including Koror, Airai, Goikul, airports, seaports, and other locations identified later by the Government. Interested vendors must submit completed forms by email to Contract Specialist SSG Shantelle Davis (shantelle.m.davis.mil@army.mil) with copy to Contracting Officer SFC Ida Kian (ida.kian.mil@army.mil) by the Response Deadline of June 10, 2026 at 23:59 PWT. The Government strongly encourages SAM.gov registration for interested vendors to prevent delays in future solicitations.
