SUBJECT: Synopsis for the Leasing of Washers and Dryers
1. The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, and labor necessary for the leasing of the washers and dryers. The work shall be done in conformance of the Statement of Work attached.
All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, instructions, and commercial practices.
2. The solicitation will be a small business set-aside. The North American Industry
Classification System (NAICS) is 532210. The size standard for NAICS 532210 is
$41,500,000.00. Prior to award, the government will make a determination of whether the proposed price is fair and reasonable.
3. This is NOT a solicitation! Do not submit quotes or questions in response to this document.
The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available on sam.gov, on or about 22
July 2021. No telephone calls or written requests for the solicitation package will be accepted.
