SINGLE ENGINE AIR TANKER THE BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT (BLM)

The Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), in support of the Department of Interior (DOI) Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is issuing a request for proposals for an On-Call and Exclusive-Use Single Engine Air Tanker (SEAT) services for a five year ordering period. The aircraft must meet the solicitation minimum aircraft requirements and is fully Contractor operated and maintained. The aircraft will be used for resource program requirements to support the Bureau of Land Management, fire management. These aircraft will be also be used nationally as determined by dispatch entities to support wild land fire emergencies. The Contractor shall possess a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certificate issued under 14 CFR Part 135, 133, and 137. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is July 14, 2023 with a projected closing date of August 14, 2023. It is a requirement that the successful awardee be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for participation by small business concerns under NAICS code 115310 (Exception 1) which has a small business size standard of $34M.
