1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron

SYNOPSIS

This is a presolicitation notice synopsis. The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron at

Hurlburt Field, FL, intends to issue a single award firm fixed price purchase order with a 12 month base period and four 12-month option periods.

This notice is not a formal Request for Quotes (RFQ), and no contract will result from this notice, nor does it commit the Government to any acquisition for these services.

Work consists of, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall provide all management, instructors, counselors, curriculum, facilities/lodging, media, meals, and childcare to conduct Marriage Weekend Retreats, Family Weekend Retreats, Exceptional Family Member

Program (EFMP) Family Retreats, and Single Parent Family Retreats. The contractor is expected to provide a specific curriculum unique to each event which must align with the requirements of the Performance Work Statement.

This acquisition is being offered as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry

Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 624190 and PSC of G099 with a size standard of $12M.

Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM)

Database prior to award of a government contract. Respondents are further advised that failure to register in the SAM Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. It is recommended to register immediately in order to be eligible for timely award. This solicitation will be available ONLY via the Internet at the following address: https://beta.sam.gov under solicitation ID FA441721Q0018. The anticipated issuance date for this solicitation is projected to be on or about 11 May 2021 with quotes due on or around 11 June 2021.
