SYNOPSIS FOR RANGE ELECTRONICS MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
The MCIEast, Regional Contracting Office, aboard Marine Corps Base Camp (MCB) Lejeune, North Carolina requires Range electronics maintenance and repair services to provide the government is preventive and corrective maintenance of electronic and communication systems and equipment. All corrective and preventive maintenance shall be performed at two separate Range Control facilities as well as 92 autonomous systems/entities. The systems are spread across approximately 156,000 acres within a 40 mile radius aboard MCIEast MCB Camp Lejeune, North
Carolina.
It is the Government’s intention to issue a firm fixed price contract in accordance with FAR part 12 and FAR part
13.5. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is
561210, Facilities Support Services. This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and
13.5. The Government intends to award using a best value determination. Award will be issued on an all or none basis.
The solicitation No. M6700123Q0022 will be posted on or about 20 days after this posting and made available on the Contract Opportunities website at www.SAM.gov. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.SAM.gov. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website www.SAM.gov.
