Replace Aviation Fuel Tanks, Eagle, AK -Yukon Charlie National Park
Description:
The National Park Service has a requirement for the replacement of the outdated Jet A, 100 LL and unleaded fuel tanks and system components that provide heating, vehicle, and airplane fuel for the Yukon Charlie National Park’s main operations hub in Eagle, Alaska. Services anticipated include electrical service layout and construction and fuel tank procurement and install. The final work of this contract shall result in complete, safe, and functional fuel tanks and components free of known fuel tank construction and installation code violations. Locations for the work in this requirement are non-urban (Eagle, Ak) and in remote location off the road systems (Yukon Charlie National Park) where access to material supply stores, common tools, lodging, and even food may not be easily available, if at all. Understanding these constraints as well as basic navigation off the primary paved road system is a required part of this contract. The contractor should have experience working in remote areas/conditions. The contractor should have experience and be qualified by the State of Alaska to perform the work of this contract.
Anticipated Period of Performance: 4/05/2024 to 11/30/2024
Solicitation will be posted as open market, through SAM.gov, set-aside for small business entities only, all qualifying and responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
