Synopsis of BPA Call Order Exceeding $25,000.00 Solicitation No. 1240BK24Q0094

The USDA Forest Service (FS), Procurement & Property Services (PPS), Northwest Zone, Contrac�ng Service Area #1, is issuing this synopsis in accordance with USDA’s policy in the Contrac�ng Desk Book, SUBPART 413.3—SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION METHODS, 413.303 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs).

The USDA FS intends on awarding a BPA Call Order against mul�ple award BPAs.

Project Title: Wildlife Tree and Down Wood Crea�on

The Wildlife Tree and Down Wood Crea�on BPAs are located at USDA’s Contract Portal.

North American Industry Classifica�on System (NAICS) code assigned to this acquisi�on is 115310.

There is not a solicita�on to the general public This synopsis no�fica�on of intent to award a BPA Call order does not cons�tute a Request for Quota�ons (RFQ) to anyone not currently on the BPA.

Submission of any informa�on in response to this no�fica�on is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.

A BPA Call RFQ will be issued to all current and applicable BPA holders on May 24, 2024.

New BPAs are not typically awarded during the middle of a BPA. The current open batch of BPAs expire on 01/01/2030.
