The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Dublin, CA intends to issue a solicitation for the requirement of: (5) Non-Electric Water Softener Systems.
This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238220; the small business size standard is 500 employees. The contract type is Firm-Fixed Price. The Government reserves the right to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, are considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. Delivery is required by May 20, 2021.
All offerors must be registered in SAM at http://www.sam.gov. Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representation and certifications via the On Line Representation and Certification Applications (SAM) at http://www/sam.gov. Faith- Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation will be available on or after March 04, 2021, with a due date of March 19, 2021, 12:00 p.m., Pacific Time.
The solicitation will be distributed solely through BetaSAM.gov (previously known as Federal Business Opportunities FBO). Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be made available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.
