Interested organizations may submit capabilities and qualifications via email to the NAVSUP WSS N7 Contract Specialist, Jake Kucowski. The government intends to negotiate with only one responsible source under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), and while not a competitive procurement, proposals received within 15 days of publication will be considered. UID requirements and Buy American Clauses will apply, and this is not a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
