16. Description: Military Sealift Command (MSC) Norfolk has a requirement for the USNS

MERCY (T-AH 19) for a MTA. The place of performance will be at a Contractor’s facility on the West Coast. A draft work item list is separately attached to this notice and a list of the noteworthy work is as follows:
