SYNOPSIS FOR TELEPHONE EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SUPPORT
The Marine Corps Installations East / Marine Corps Base (MCIEAST/MCB) Telecommunication Support
Division aboard Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune, NC has a requirement for the non-personal support services to provide telephone equipment support for equipment located aboard MCB Camp Lejeune, NC and Marine Corps Air Station MCAS) New River, NC. The support services shall include Technical
Assistance Service (TAS), / Extended Technical Assistance Services (ETAS), Return & Repair Replacement, and Remodel Diagnostics, bases of the CS -2100 host and remote systems. The period of performance will be for a base period of 12 months with two (2) option periods of 12 months each.
It is the Government’s intention to issue a Purchase Order firm-fixed price contract in accordance with FAR
Part 13.5. This proposed acquisition is being issued on an UNRESTRICTED basis. The associated North
American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811213 – Communication
Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The Government intends to award to the best value offer. Award will be issued on an “all or none” basis.
The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5. Award will be made approximately within thirty days after the closing of response period. A complete performance work statement will be included with the solicitation.
The solicitation number M6700122Q0012 will be posted on or about 10 days after this posting. All responsible businesses may submit a quote, which will be considered. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website. All prospective offers interested in submitting an offer must have a commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code). Contractors must be registered with Invoicing, Receipt, Acceptance and Property Transfer (iRAPT), previously known as Wide Area Workflow Receiving and
Acceptance (WAWF-RA) at www.wawf.eb.mil.
