10. Description: Provide Level 1 and 2, Facility Cleaning: The contractor will service an estimate of
28 buildings at different locations with an estimated total of 683,660 SF that will need to be serviced and cleaned. The total amount of carpet is approximately 560,176 SF, restrooms are estimated at 19,303 SF and hard floors at 104,181 SF. Cleaning of facility square footage will be by different levels of service and may range in cleaning of facilities from daily to semi-annually depending on facility/organization mission.

Ordering Period 1 – 01 October 2021 – 30 September 2022
Ordering Period 2 – 01 October 2022 – 30 September 2023

12. Place of Contract Performance: 16th Air Force JBSA Lackland includes Lackland Training
Annex, Chapman Annex, and Kelly Annex.
13. Set-Asides Status: 100% Small Business
14. Contractor shall possess and maintain: Current Top Secret (TS) Facility issued by Defense
Security Service (DSS) office and be Director of Central Intelligence Directive (DCID) 6/4 eligible with a current Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI). A valid Top Secret
Facility Clearance is required to be in the DSS Database.
