16. Description: THIS IS A SYNOPSIS NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation or request for quote or proposal and no contract or purchase order will be awarded from this notice. Military Sealift Command (MSC) requires analysis of fluids and related sampling supplies on a worldwide. N Services under the scope of this Contract include testing, analysis, and data review of new and used fluid samples provided by the Government. Supplies under the scope of this contract include; sample bottles, label paper, return shipping box, return shipping to Contractor’s Laboratory, sample pump, sample pump tubing.
