This competitive acquisition is set aside 100% for small businesses with a North American Industry Classification System code of 622110 and small business size of $41.5 million. The requirement will be solicited as a commercial service using simplified acquisition procedures. The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract.

Synopsis - Competitive Small Business 100% Set-Aside

Description: Cardiolovascular Center Staffing- Non Personal Service

This notice serves to announce the intent of the 81st Contracting Squadron to issue a solicitation for Cardiolovascular Center Staffing on a non-personal services basis to support the Keesler Medical Center (KMC), 81st Medical Group (81 MDG), located at Keesler Air Force Base (KAFB), Mississippi (MS). The Contractor shall provide three (3) Full Time Equivalent (FTE) Technicians - Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, two (2) FTE Registered Nurses (RN) - Cardiology Clinic/Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, one (1) FTE Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Cardiology Services, one (1) FTE RN/Cardiology Clinic - Utilization Management/Team Lead, one (1) FTE Medical Coder - Cardiovascular, and one (1) FTE Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS) Administrator - Cardiovascular to support in providing health care services for Government beneficiaries.

The projected period of performance will consist of a base year beginning on 01 March 2021 through 28 February 2022 with the options to extend for an additional 18 months. This competitive acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 622110 and the small business size is $41.5 Million. The requirement will be solicited as a commercial service using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the authority of FAR 13.5.

The government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation.

Contractors eligible for award must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award with any DOD agency. Registration may be accomplished at website, https://www.sam.gov.

Contractors must also submit their representations and certifications. After award all invoices shall be electronically submitted via Wide Area Work Flow. Registration and invoicing may be accomplished at https://piee.eb.mil.

The performance work statement will be posted with the solicitation. The solicitation will be available to download via https://beta.Sam.gov on or about 11 December 2020. The solicitation may be posted earlier or later. It is the potential offerors responsibility to monitor the website for solicitation release, postings, changes and amendments, and closing date. No paper copies of the synopsis or solicitation will be available and no verbal responses will be accepted.

Proposal questions will only be accepted once the solicitation is posted; all proposal questions must be in writing and answers will be posted for all interested parties to review.
