About this file
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) from NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia is a sole source procurement for repairing two Control Tube Assembly units (NSN: 7R1680013468099, PN: 19E215-8A). The solicitation is specifically targeting GOODRICH CORPORATION (CAGE 99551) as the sole source provider due to the RMC code "3C" requiring direct acquisition from the manufacturer and the inability to competitively draft specifications.
The procurement will use electronic procedures, with an approximate solicitation issue date of 1 February 2026 and a response/closing date of 1 March 2026. While not a small business set-aside, the RFQ allows interested organizations to submit capability statements or proposals within 15 days of publication. Interested parties should contact the NAVSUP WSS N7 Contract Specialist, Sam Hojnowski, via email. Buy American Clauses will apply, and the government intends to award the contract to Goodrich Corporation, with any lack of response from other sources interpreted as disinterest.
