The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk
Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for NEOD Training Support Services for
Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal (NEOD). This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation and FAR Subpart 16.5, Indefinite-Delivery Contracts. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 611519. The size standard is $21 million.
NEOD requires an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) task order for NEOD Training
Support Services. The contractor shall provide NEOD with advanced specialized EOD courses of instruction specifically designed to train EOD Technicians assigned to Naval Special Warfare
Forces (NAVSOF) and Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF) Troops and Companies supporting Counter Terrorism and Near Peer operations deployed throughout all regions of the world. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. THE SOLICITATION IS NOT YET AVAILABLE. Once available, the solicitation will be posted to this site SAM.gov. The solicitation is expected to be available on or about 19 May 2023.

Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will NOT issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency.
Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the
SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the
