About this file

This notice announces the U.S. Army's intent to sole source an acquisition for Oakwood Controls open air acoustic H-bar targetry systems. The Army Research Laboratory at Aberdeen Proving Ground requires 50 target systems in the base year to support live-fire human performance evaluations using small arms. Option Year 1 includes up to eight additional target systems with 50 foot movers, and Option Year 2 includes up to 50 more target systems. Responses are due by August 31, 2022 to swati.jain2.civ@army.mil. The government will consider proposals from other sources but intends to negotiate solely with Oakwood Controls of Glen Rock, Pennsylvania, as the existing wireless targetry systems must be compatible with those already in use by the DEVCOM Analysis Center for scoring engagement data.
