The 5th Contracting Squadron intends to solicit competitively for a multiple award Comm Infrastructure Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) at Minot AFB, North Dakota to commence on or about 1 July 2022. See attached statement of work (SOW) for further clarifications. The performance period of this contract shall consist of a period of performance that will consist of a base year that will run from 1 July 2022 – 30 June 2023 with four additional option years running from 1 July 2024 – 30 June 2027. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed for the requirement is 237130. The small business size standard for NAICS 237130 is $39.5 million. The entire solicitation will be made available on or about 5 May 2022, via the System for Award Management web page at https://sam.gov/content/home. This will be a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside. No paper copies will be issued. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. To be eligible for contract award, vendors must complete Offeror Representations and Certifications and be registered, or complete vendor registration, on the System for Award Management (SAM) website at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ prior to submitting an offer.
