PRON: D13H0302D1. The Government proposes to acquire on a One Time-Buy (OTB) contract, with a quantity of 48 each of a CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMBLY; NSN: 5998-01-677-9172; Part Number: 13704858-1 applicable to the M-D6 PATRIOT weapon system.
Production Lead Time is 48 each, 210 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to FORT BLISS, TX 79916-5801.
This item is Sole Source to Mercury Systems, Inc. Cage Code 3X893.
The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtain economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive Solicitation. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website Source Approval Request (army.mil) and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
