About this file

The requirement is to support the manufacture and delivery of CKU-5 Tubes hardware for fleet-deliverable Aviation Critical Safety Items (ACSIs), with the contractor responsible for fabricating, inspecting, testing, and delivering components according to Department of Defense drawings and specifications. NSWC IHD intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Supply type contract with NAICS code 332710 and PSC 1377.

Potential offerors must be on the NSWC Indian Head Division's Qualified Bidders List (QBL) and be certified through the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program due to export-controlled technical information. Interested sources must submit company details, capabilities summary, and required documentation by 29 May 2025 via email to Diane Hicks and Milos Djuric. U.S. offerors need to submit a completed DD Form 2345, while Canadian offerors can submit either DD Form 2345 or DSS-MAS 9379, along with documentation verifying company legitimacy. The synopsis emphasizes that this is not a competitive proposal invitation, and the government reserves the right to change the information and is not bound to solicit or award a contract.
